Welcome to Almyra Villa, your home by the sea in southern Crete.
Set within 6 acres of olive groves, this 3-level villa (110 m² per floor) offers privacy, natural beauty, and effortless comfort — just a few steps from the crystal waters of Koutsounari Beach.

Each level features a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and a coffee corner, while all 7 bedrooms have king-size beds (2 m x 2 m) with premium 40cm mattresses and feather pillows for a sleep ritual like no other.
All 5 bathrooms include olive oil–based amenities infused with the scents of citrus and the Cretan land.

The outdoor area invites you to live outdoors:
relax under the olive trees, cook in the wood-fired oven, dine in the BBQ area for 40 guests, or pick vegetables from the private garden.
Children will love the trampoline, basketball hoops, monkey bars, and mini playground.

A shared laundry room, baby crib, and high chair are available.
Private parking for 2 cars inside and 8 outside the property.
